I’ve been wanting to eat at this place since I got to the island.
We ordered pasta. It was good but I wasn’t quite happy with it.
I will recommend however their pizza. We tried their Quattro Stagioni. In Italian, it means “the four seasons pizza.” The pizza has 4 flavors… Aria (smoked ham), olives, seafood, and mushrooms.
Establishment: Aria
What to order: Pizza. I recommend Quattro Stagioni.
Location: D’Mall, Station 2

Here are my posts of Day 1 of our Boracay trip…

After taking a nap (after dinner), we decided to checkout the “clubbing” scene round 11:30pm. We checked out the bars in Station 2 like Hey! Jude, Juice and Summer Place. We decided to hangout in Summer Place since it was closest to our hotel. We were told that usually a local reggae band would play that night. We have probably missed their set since it was already past 12mn when we got there. There were only a few people hanging around, half of which are foreigners. It’s probably because it was Thursday and it was already lean season.

Establishment: Summer Place
What to do: Listen to live bands, which I have yet to experience. Hangout.
What to order: Sex Shooters. It is a combination of 6 alcoholic shots with sexy names and with different ingredients. Long island iced tea. I have yet to try these. What I tried was their Nutella Crepe. Yummy!

At dinner time (or even at lunch time), you’ll find a lot of restaurants that offer “inihaw” or grilled food on their menu.

After being tired from exploring the whole white beach, we decided to have “inihaw” dinner at the restaurant right beside our hotel. I’m not sure if it was really a restaurant. It seemed like they just setup tables and chairs on the beach. And voila! A restaurant.
Anyway, we were so hungry that I failed to take a picture of our inihaw na liempo (I believe it means “pork belly”) before eating it…

Establishment: Any of the restaurants by the beach. Just don’t try the one beside La Carmela. Poor service
What to order: Inihaw. You may choose pork, chicken or fish. I will recommend Liempo (pork belly). But I’d like to try inihaw na Tilapia (a kind of fish) next time!
Location: Along the beach from Station 3 to Station 2.

Picci and I spent the whole afternoon walking and exploring the beach. We walked all the way from our hotel (La Carmela, which was closer to Station 3), to D’Mall at Station 2, till Cocomangas at Station 1. On our way back, we dropped by Jonah’s Fruitshakes. Here you’ll find the “The best fruitshake in the island.”

We tried the Banana Choco Peanut as recommended by I couple of my friends. It was good but I won’t really recommend it. I will recommend their Mango Melon, which I tried on our Paraw Sunset Cruise (which I will blog about separately).

Establishment: Jonah’s Fruitshakes
What to order: Fruitshakes. I personally recommend Mango Melon.
Location: Station 1, near Club Paraw
