Day 2: 30 storeys of sweat

Today I ate…

  • Chicken Pastel (lunch)
  • 1 cup of rice (lunch)
  • Magic crackers (pre-dinner)
  • Sweet & sour bola bola (dinner)
  • 1/2 cup rice (dinner)
  • Bulalo soup – soup only! (dinner)
  • 6-pc McDo Chicken Nuggets (post-dinner)

As for my exercise, I climbed 30 storeys. Technically it’s 45 storeys since most the units here at GA tower have high ceiling. Feels good to sweat!

Now, I’m a little concerned about my diet. I need someone to help me plan out my diet. It’s so hard to eat just 2x a day (lunch & dinner). I usually crave for something to munch before / in between / after. This is the reason why I still ate after dinner. Although nuggets didn’t come with rice or fries, it was still deep fried and it’s loaded with calories. I need to break down my 2 big meals into 5 – 6 small meals. This way I wont be craving for food. Question is: What am I supposed to eat (or not to eat)?

Day 1: A bad new start

It’s a frustrating start for Project 140 (Ben Alegre =.) Body).   I ate breakfast and I have a gluttonous lunch.  For breakfast, I ate:

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 order of beef stroganoff

For lunch, I ate…

  • at least 2 cups of fried rice
  • sisig
  • inihaw (grilled) na blue marlin
  • gambas
  • crispy kangkong
  • 1 bottle of San Mig Pale (Try drinking this after a getting used to San Mig Light and you’ll really taste the true flavor of beer!)

For dinner, I just ate 3 pieces of Pork Siomai from Chowking.

NO Exercise for me.
