Getting to Boracay

<< BACK TO THE WEDDING PAGE

1.) Fly to Caticlan

route-map-boracay

The Boracay Island is in the province of Aklan, located in the Visayas, central Philippines. To go there, you can take a flight to Caticlan, where the nearest commercial airport to the island is. The major airlines have daily flights to Caticlan from Manila.

Via Kalibo

Alternatively you can also take a flight to Kalibo. However, you still have to take a 2-hour van/bus ride to Caticlan.

Flying from Singapore?

Take a direct flight (approx. 3.5 hours) from Singapore to Kalibo via Tiger Air (www.tigerair.com).

2.) Book your land/sea transfers to Boracay Island

From Kalibo, you need to take a 2-hour van/bus ride to Caticlan.

From Caticlan, you will then need to take a small boat to Boracay Island. Land and sea transfers from the airport to/from your hotel takes about 1 hour.

Normally, your hotel can arrange the land/sea transfers. However, if the roundtrip transfer will cost you more than P725 per person (from Caticlan) or P975.00 per person (from Kalibo), book with Southwest Tours Boracay (www.southwesttoursboracay.com).

Book via Amanda

You may also ask our wedding coordinator, Amanda, to help you book your transfers. She might be able to give you a discounted rate.
